Annual Assessments are due June 30 of each year.
Notices will be delivered to each resident at the beginning of May, as a reminder of the June 30 due date.
VENMO, checks, or cash accepted, we’ll provide receipts.
Cash can be dropped off to any of the Trustees. Checks can be dropped off, mailed to the Trustees, or mailed to the P.O. Box listed above.

Trash and recycling is picked up on Wednesday.
Your totes must be taken out to the edge of your lot by 6:00 a.m. for the trash company to pick them up. Only totes provided by Meridian Waste will be picked up.
Yard waste will be picked up with your trash but you must call City Hall to set it up. Yard waste can also be brought to the City’s maintenance facility for disposal during business hours located at 500 Hwy MM.
Currently, we only have 22 homeowners in arrears of assessments for 2026.
The Trustees will host our Annual Meeting the first Thursday in November of each year at the Moscow Mills Lions Club located at 30 Freise Industrial Drive, Moscow Mills, MO 63362.
